A vital part of Chesterfield Village since 1995, Schultz and Dooley’s has roots going back to 1979, when Charlie Foss first opened the Pub on South Campbell.

In 2015, Erin and John Palicki (along with Vona Harris) purchased Schultz and Dooley’s in Chesterfield Village as a joint venture. In 2016, Erin and John became the sole owners, and they actively recruited managers and staff members to bring to life their vision for a friendly gathering place featuring good food and live entertainment. (Sadly, John passed away in the summer of 2026.)

Erin Melton Palicki, a graduate of Drury University, continues to apply her business knowledge and steadfast commitment to excellence to ensure that Schultz and Dooley’s meets and exceeds your expectations.

Andrew W. joined the Palicki’s in 2021 as Schultz and Dooley’s on-site manager. He brings with him a wealth of restaurant and pub experience. In fact, he was the driving force behind the addition of a state-of-the-art pizza oven in the Pub’s kitchen.
